ADELINA AMOSCO  - “Eleanor” / Executive Producer

Adelina Amosco is a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where she appeared as “Martirio” in THE HOUSE OF BERNARDA ALBA, and as “Hannah” and “Linda” in BECOMING MEMORIES. Her other roles include “Libby” in Neil Simon's I OUGHT TO BE IN PICTURES and “Juliet” in William Shakespeare's ROMEO AND JULIET. She was a regular in the off-Broadway show FROM AUCTION BLOCK TO HIPHOP, from the producers of PLATANOS AND COLLARD GREENS. Adelina also attended Turtle Bay Music School and is a jazz and hip hop dancer.  She has a B.S. in Psychology from Fordham University.

 

IVORY AQUINO - “Lea”

Ivory Aquino was most recently on the main cast of the ABC miniseries WHEN WE RISE and will next be seen on HBO's HIGH MAINTENANCE. She starred as “Juliet” and “Isabella” in Bryant Park Shakespeare's ROMEO AND JULIET and MEASURE FOR MEASURE, and is a company member of The Drilling Company, performing in OTHELLO (“Desdemona”), JULIUS CAESAR (“Marc Antony”), HENRY V (“Katherine”), OVER THE LINE (“Amanda”) and FAITH: ON THE POSSIBILITIES OF ENDINGS (“Edna”). With Leviathan Lab’s Shakespeare Quartet Project, she played “Rosalind” in AS YOU LIKE IT and as a company member of The Bats at The Flea Theater, she appeared in OFFENDING THE AUDIENCE and WAITER, WAITER. Other Off-Broadway credits include: Ma-Yi Theatre Company’s 365 DAYS/365 PPLAYS at The Public Theater and MS. ORIENTAL at Lincoln Center. Member: The Actors Center.

 

KATHLEEN CHANGHO - “Ms. Gutierrez”

In addition to her work in THE FEVER AND THE FRET, Kathleen played the lead in the feature films WARMTH OF TEARS and CHARLIE BROWN SINDROME. Kathleen has also been featured as a model on THE TODAY SHOW, THE OPRAH WINFREY SHOW, and THE MORNING SHOW WITH MIKE AND KELLY. Kathleen currently works as a flight attendant and lives in the Boston area with her husband and one-year-old daughter.

 

SHIRLEY CUYUGAN O’BRIEN - “Grandma”

Shirley Cuyugan O’Brien has a BA in History from the University of the East and an MA in Administration and Supervision. Shirley played many musical theater parts during college and grad school in the Philippines. In New York she performs as a poet, especially at the Bayanihan Filipino Community Center in Queens where she is a longtime patron and workers’ rights advocate.

 

VANESSA CARMONA - “Carly”

Vanessa Carmona is an actress, producer, and playwright with production credits that span television, film, and stage. She is the winner of the BBC's Writers Room, WriteStart Awards, and named a “Top Emerging Content Creator” by the National Association of Latino Producers (NALIP). She has produced award-winning content for tech giants, start-ups, non-profit and public sectors. Vanessa’s new play has its world premiere at the Orlando International Fringe in Spring 2018.

 

JENNY MOON - “Dr. Kuse”

Jenny Moon has appeared on TV, stage, and film, including in the award-winning short film THE FORTUNE WRITER and as “Heidi” in a production of THE HEIDI CHRONICLES. Jenny studied at Stanford where she was a Stanford Improvisor, and at Columbia which prepared her to practice law in the State of New York. She’s currently trying to run 26 more marathons to complete her 50 State Marathon quest.

 

CATH GULICK - Writer/ Director/ Cinematographer/ Editor

Cath Gulick is a filmmaker based in New York. Her previous short film world-premiered at the Slamdance Film Festival. Film Threat applauded the film as "very funny and well-acted." She helped produce the burlesque shows GUILTY PLEASURES and THE BLUSHING DIAMOND REVIEW as featured in New York Magazine, and also worked assistant camera on Jeremy Saulnier’s MURDER PARTY. Most recently she wrote, produced, directed, photographed, and edited her first feature film, THE FEVER AND THE FRET.

 

NIKI JANOWSKI - Producer

Niki Janowski has over ten years of experience as a producer, production manager, production coordinator, and 1st and 2nd assistant director on features, documentaries, shorts, television, commercials, promos and corporate videos. She has also spent time as an art coordinator for an elite design studio for various high profile projects including LADY GAGA & THE MUPPETS HOLIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA, which guest starred Elton John, Joseph Gordon Levitt, and RuPaul, and the behind the scenes filming of the Grammy Award-winning Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga duet album, Cheek to Cheek. She worked on OBVIOUS CHILD, starring Jenny Slate, which was nominated for the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival, SXSW, and the Champs-Élysées Film Festivals. She has been a part of many other award-winning projects including DOUBLE PLAY, THE TRANSFIGURATION, MILDRED & THE DYING PARLOR, ICARUS BEYOND, and SNEAKERS & SOUL. Niki has worked on television shows that have aired on CBS, ABC, Comedy Central, and Nickelodeon, and has filmed Broadway shows that aired on PBS for the Live with Lincoln Center program. She has had the opportunity to film in locations all over the United States, including Alabama, California, New Mexico, and all along the Eastern Coast from the northern islands of Maine to the mountains of North Carolina. In addition to filming THE FEVER AND THE FRET in Iceland, she has had the fortune of being able to film in several other international locations, including the Caribbean island of Curacao, and at the Just For Laughs comedy festival in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. THE FEVER AND THE FRET is the second feature film Niki has produced.

 

VICTORIA NEGRI - Producer

Victoria Negri is an award-winning writer/director/producer/ actress. Her feature directorial debut, GOLD STAR, which she wrote, directed, produced, and starred in alongside Oscar-nominated actor Robert Vaughn in his last on-screen performance was released November 2017 theatrically and on video on demand through Turn Key Films. The film won the Audience Award at the Buffalo International Film Festival and Blue Whiskey Film Festival (Chicago), and Best Feature Film at the Art of Brooklyn Film Festival. Victoria won Best Acting at the Oxford Film Festival and Catherine Curtin won Best Supporting Actress at Blue Whiskey. GOLD STAR was selected by Big Vision Creative as an Inaugural Kickstart Diversity project. Additionally, Victoria has directed and produced numerous award-winning short films, music videos and web series featured at festivals around the world, including the Lower East Side Film Festival, Nashville Film Festival, Cleveland Film Festival, Nitehawk Shorts Festival, and many more. She’s acted in award-winning features, shorts and web series featured at Cinequest Film Festival, Clermont-Ferrand, Tribeca, and more. Victoria has written pieces on film for NoFilmSchool, BitchFlicks, and The Talkhouse. She is a proud member of The Film Fatales, NYWIFT, and The FilmShop.

 

WAYNE CHANG - Casting Director / Executive Producer

Wayne Chang is an independent casting director based in New York City. Recent credits include: TOMORROW COMES TODAY (Taiwanese Director, Ming Lang Chen), FINDING MR. RIGHT (Chinese Director, Xiao Lu Xue - NY/LA casting for the film), GOD’S LAND (Dir. Preston Miller), and OFF SEASON (a feature length thriller by Cold Hands Productions). Additional casting credit includes LIFE OF PI (Dir. Ang Lee), SAFE (starring Jason Statham), AMERICAN DREAMS IN CHINA (Dir. Peter Chan), YELLOW FEVER (Dir. Ray Yeung), FREE THE NIPPLE (Dir. Lina Esco), and THE JONES/HAVEMEYER WEDDING (Behind the Door Productions). Wayne has also cast numerous independent short films as well as graduate thesis films for Columbia University, New York University, School of Visual Arts, and Temple University. Commercial, print, and industrial clients include: Mohegan Sun, Delta Airline, Foxwoods Resort, Caesars Palace, Bank of America, Jade Entertainment, Skyview Parc, and Kenzo Digital.

 

ANDREW POMEROY - Composer/Post Production Supervisor/Sound Designer

Andrew Pomeroy is a New York City-based sound designer and composer. He studied Music Recording Technology in college, and is trained in both Classical and Jazz with a concentration in Guitar. After college, Andrew spent time in Nashville and Philadelphia writing and recording for local acts. Since relocating to New York, Andrew has been providing sound design and music composition for corporate videos and commercials at Viacom, as well as providing post sound and music needs for numerous short and feature length films, including THE FEVER AND THE FRET.
